Yeah, maybe I also know that game, but I didn't look to that witch to do her, since I was small I thought witches were like that, with white/black skin and with dark colors in their hair :I

It is common for witches to be white, white skin = EVIL XD
Doubt you see a witch in bright colours though it would scare people away still
