Description
Original draw from the cover "The Blade of the Immortal" Vol. 15. Ch05.Finally finished my coloured version. I'm not very satisfied with the final result
, but i preferred to stop and leave it as it is. One day I might redo and do it better.Hope you like and I would love to have some feedback from you all

Its a great manga! well Nazis used a sacred and ancient symbol from different cultures all over the world for tens of thousands of years , it has so many meanings. The Nazi kinda ruined the symbol's image LOL
swastika in Japanese is "manji" and that's the main character's name, I believe one the the meanings "infinitive" or "permanent" has to do with the manga, as main character as he is immortal. In Japan it’s usually used as a positive symbol of Buddhism...
Anyway, sorry for the long comment, I love to explain these stuff and get carried away hahaha

Few hours ago I ve just ended reading it. I feel uneasy after it, because its so contrary to my way of thinking. But this does not change the fact that its one of the best drawn manga Ive readed.

He left because if I correctly readed the scene, he wanted to give freedom to Anotsu, they clashed their swords in an honorable battle and the outcome was a spiritual death of Anotsu, in a way his redemption. And beside the vengeance of Rin, as she also said, in other circumstances those two men would be comrades. And Rin, despite all her talk, made her choice in that very moment and attemped on sneaky killing wounded Anotsu. I can understand that this was a choice between staying in the past or unknown future. But I dont believe after what she saw, that this was her only right option.

I'm not aware of "The Blade of the Immortal" however I absolutely love this image. It is packed with raw emotion and tells a powerful story. I really admire the effects of the sky as well as the blood. It's just such an eye catching piece! Oh, and thanks for the llama.

Great job on Lin and Manji. Samura's manga is one of the best I've ever read.
Maybe you should have put a little more contrast in your picture ( I just say "maybe", I don't want to be rude!).
I don't know if the french versions I have kept the original covers. All the covers I know are black and white and are highly contrasted, which fits quite well with the ambiguity of the two main characters.
Your cover is awesome, anyway, I really like it, and the pose you chose really deserves the relationship between the characters.
And about the swastika, Hitler's spoiled one was right-facing, Manji's one is left-facing and has nothing to do with nazism, as Mutemutable kindly and shortly said before...

But I had sun set on my mind and I wanted to do kinda dark with a few light.
And Definitely, Hitler ruined the symbol, most of people think is "his" symbol and all associate with Nazism all the time unfortunately. thanks again, especially about the info about the symbol
