Decided to make this failed adoption into an actual character for that side sonic stuff.

Youngest out of the Harbinger Experiments. Sebastion was let loose as a failure due to him hiding his ability to conduct electricity. This technical genius helps the rebellion with his hacking skills and with some medical ideals. Being a prodigy does annoy the others, but he's never let them down. He acts as Collins younger bratty brother but they pretty chill.
