I really love this! The sky looks real, and the shading on the cloud is great! The shading on both cats is perfect, and I love the expression on the darker one's face. The only things I would change are:
1) the paw that is resting on under the darker cat's head looks a little out of place. It is very unclear where it is coming from, and looks slightly off.
2) The lighter cats ears are slightly too far back, so at first glance, it looks like it doesn't have ears.
These are only small things. Overall, this looks really good!
