Updated version from a sketch design I did sometime last year.Re-design for one of the supporting characters in my comic, Tempest Oak - Vega Luscko. (Her original hair color was red x aqua! I wanted to move a little out of the awkward colors this round)
She is an American girl, a very prissy and fashion trendy one at that. She is extremely flirty and a tad bitchy! Her parents are rich and left her with her Aunt and Uncle while they are overseas on one of their many vacations. Despite how she can be bubbly, she is very into politics of the world.
Her favorite past time is reading PlayGirl.

Like her hair looking more normally. I like how these characters are transitioning from that kind of animeish state thats pretty unrealistic.

I absolutely adore your designs, and this character looks lovely!
I gotta admit that the noses and how dark they are in comparison to the rest of the skin tone kind of bothers me a little bit, but that's my personal problem, lol.
I love the sorta snarky, high-fashion look on her face. It really adds a lot to the design! And I love the belt.

I do not know why but when I first looked at her she reminded me of a chicken/rooster. Maybe because of the whole, red bangs pulled back sorta like that little thing she has.
More importantly, 8D;;;; she does sound very much like a rich American girl from how you described her. Haha, but her design is very nice and she definitely looks like she could wander a mall and everyone know her status. : o
