Oh my gosh, that's so cute! By the way, how did you make the lines around the jolteon different colors? Did you just draw those in then use a gradient? Or did you brush it in and blend it by hand?

thanks XD its super easy!
right click your layer (photoshop)
go to blending options
go to "stroke"
where it shows your color, there should be a drop down bow for you to select "gradient"
pick your colours by clicking on them
lemme know if that helps!
