I actually finished this headdress a couple of weeks ago, and delivered it to the customer at the Dark Fairy Ball weekend before last. She had given me this BIG gray wolf hide to turn into a headdress, and I'm rather pleased with how he turned out.I'm down to the last few commissioned wolf headdresses/masks in the huge pile of them I got in the last couple of months, so if you want to commission one of your own--whether you have a hide ready or not--now's a good time!

This is actually exactly what I was looking for. I can't provide my own pelt because basically all we got to hunt here is ducks and deer, so I understand it would probably cost even more for you to go out and get your own pelt

It is real. However, it's from a wolf that the customer got from another person's private collection, so it went from being something that was put on display like a trophy to a cherished ritual item. And part of the money I made from the work was donated to a nonprofit group that benefited wildlife.

That size just seems very proper and proportionate, I'm adoring the second shot from the top the most. Shows off that beautiful neck hackle, the saddle, and just overall handsomeness of the animal <3 Those feet! So white!!

Wow! That has to be one the the best looking wolves I've ever seen... There's something different, even though he's got the classic grey wolf coloring. He seems like a very open, wonderful wolf to work with.
