Whelp, that's what happens when I say to myself "Let's take a break from drawing horses and draw something else, instead." It's not that I'm even working on another picture, already :'D But I keep having so many ideas with these two in my head and I really couldn't resist drawing THIS one <3
Furthermore it was a nice thing to relax during the last two days. I drew this outside in our garden, because the weekend had been much too warm to stay in my room all day. And I don't want to work with my colored pencils outside, fro reasons...
I can't tell a lot about this picture, itself. As I said, it was a spontaneous idea of mine. But since I keep throwing Killian into situations Chay likes (wandering, fighting, etc.) I thought it might be interesting putting Chay into Killians element

Chay looks a bit confused about those books
I simply love the face expressions, Killian face is like "learning is fun, we have much to learn, don't waste any time!", and Chay is like "Okay, but where is the adventure?"
