This is going to make me sound like a total dork, but it reminds me of a Dungeons & Dragons campaign I was on when I was a kid. It also looks like eyes with a wide mouth daring you to come inside. Love it.

but i think it would be great if you increase the contrast...
and if u using small aperture (f8 or more) the detail will be taken better
i also think better if u use a wide lense...
