This isn't one of the cats from my Bellflowerclan: 3 Clans universe, shes from a clangen game I got especially attached to. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm one of those people who quits without saving when a cat I like dies in Clangen. I also tend to do a thing where I skip ahead a few moons and then quit without saving if I want to see how a pregnant cat's kits will look or if I want to see how a kit will look as an apprentice. I happened to do this the moon before Sandkit was apprenticed. Well I skipped ahead a few moons, and when I stopped I realized something had gone terribly wrong. Robinrunner, sandpaw's mother and the clan's only medicine cat had died. So had several other cats as well, and sandpaw, upon being apprenticed was made a medicine cat. I tried quitting and trying again, but almost the same thing happened every time. Sandpaw's mom dies, sandpaw becomes med cat apprentice, several other cats die in almost the same way each time. Almost eerily identical. As if these things were fated to happen with very little difference. Once sandpaw's sister was made med cat apprentice, once robinrunner didn't die until a few moons later. but with it all feeling nearly inevitable I thought of lore to explain it

Sandpaw never intended to be a medicine cat apprentice. but when her mom died she was chosen by starclan. when she woke back up, it was the previous moon. None of what had happened was real, yet. Sandpaw now has the ability to regress back to the moon before her apprenticeship, to save her mother, to save her clan, and to save herself from the gruesome fate awaiting even her in the future.
