Sorry about the description being hard to read. This picture looks a lot darker on the home computer than it does on my laptop. I'll try and fix that.NOXEON Info:
It is said that Noxeon is a mutation rather than an evolution, because of its alien-like appearance. During the evolution process, the fur around Eevee's neck hardens into poisonous quills. Noxeon prefers to use non-physical attacks like Poison Sting and Pin Missile due to its lack of body strength. Its body may look frail but Noxeon is quite quick on its feet.

Actually, all eeveelutions are mutations. It's RBY dex entry states that it's DNA is unstable and exposing it to certain radiated objects will cause it to mutate.

Just a suggestion: Wouldn't a Poison Barb work better? Most pokemon that elvolve by way of trade while holding an item, holde an item that ups moves of that type.

Probably. I'm not too familiar with any Pokemon game past Gold so I don't know much about the newer items or what effects they have.

You don't have to, like I said, it was just a suggestion. But I actually believe you could get the Poison Barb in Gold and Silver, it was sometimes held by either gender of Nidoran if it was traded from Blue, Red, or Yellow and it was one of those items you could get from one of the seven siblings on a certain day. I'm almost positive about the first and I could be wrong on the second.
