But you have to remember that Kakashi is a part in team 7 too- sure he's the sensei-
but nerveless a part of the team.
If you do a team 7 art, please include Kakashi-sensei too- he deserve that.

Unless you lft the characters as they are on purpose so that they would stand out, I think you could improve this if you made the lighting on the character fit the lighting on the background.
Sakura's lighting is passable as of now, but the light seems to hit her from the top right side of the picture yet she looks like she's directly under the sun. Maybe add some leaf-branch shaped shadows...
Sasuke's is good but his angle is a bit..odd. From this point of view, you would expect to see the sky behind him or building tops, but the background, to me, seems like a front view. I could be wrong.
Naruto... needs tweaking on the lighting. Lower it a bit? His hair shouldn't get that much light on it, but if he does it should be pale. Bluish?
Overall it's awesome, I absolutely love the background and the editing you did around the characters. Did you augment the noise level? Haha, I bet I'm way wrong but I try to guess anyway.
PS: LOL whoever drew Sakura, wth is up with that top!?
