A certain DLC in Inquisition has me thinking the Maker could exist in the games one day. (Not the one after the end, haven't gotten to that, haven't even finished the game yet.) I don't want to spoil it by saying what happens in it, though. Everything seems to be heading that way, just my opinion.

It's from a videogame, Dragon Age: Origins, and they have some religions depending on their races, and the humans believe in a god called "The Maker". This is just a stamp to say I really like that game and its cultures and realigions of its fantasy world.

Uh, is it 'I believe in the Maker' or 'I believe in Leliana's Boobs'?

I always saw the whole Sacred Ashes thing as pretty much proof positive that the Maker exists in the Dragon Age setting. I mean, no magic can do the things that were done there--even such mundane things as the Guardian teleporting around because, as a codex entry says, magic can't make you teleport. And the whole "The Ashes work because we believe" thing seems kind of silly to me. The placebo effect only works if, you know, the person who the fake drug is being used on is conscious.
