Description After reading far too much Rosary of Stones and Thorns I'd been on an angel kick for a while. This is unrelated to the actual story, but hey wings are pretty.

ATCs are a quick and fun way for me to play with composition and really small scale art. I think I want to do an enormous painting like this piece eventually - really playing up the negative space to dramatic effect.

I totally support doing this large-scale. That would be all kinds of awesome. I do like how you did this from the back and made it look like the wings are actually attached.
