I've been "out of service" for about 2 years now, but am going to try to ease myself back into art-mode.
I really like the character as well and yes, I do hope to draw more of her in the future.

I can tell by the details you put into her dress and figure that you must have put alot of time and effort into it, IT PAYED OFF! lol, I love Chiang Yun, there just aren't enough pics and stories about her on deviant art or elsewhere.

Yes, she is from TGS! She was mentioned in "The Council" and appeared as a representative of the Chinese clan. If we ever manage to squeeze the next season(s) out, you will know much more about her, as she is on the books for development.
