Description This was a Commission from
Behold, my first time ever drawing Alistair! I actually had a lot of fun working on this. I even got to design Cousland's dress and everything! I hesitated on whether or not to give Alistair a crown considering that he is the King of Ferelden in this scenario but decided against it. I have a feeling that he wouldn't needed it all that much anyway.

P.S. Leliana is clearly responsible for those high heeled shoes. Orlais fashion is invading Ferelden! Replacing sturdy shoes for those you can't even run with without twisting your ankle! It's the Orlesian Invasion all over again! ...Only with fashion.

Thank you, I sincerely appreciate your kind words. Granted I wouldn't exactly call it flawless by any means, as the artist I will always see things that I would have liked to have done different but it is always nice to know what it is about a drawing that's visually appealing through a strangers eyes regardless of self criticisms.

Even though Cousland is in MY headcanon ALWAYS brunette and NEVER blonde, I faved this one, because of the theme/pose, the expression, the love of details and the artistic and clean realisation AND!....because this is a nice drawing of Alistair as a king

Everything is beautiful ! I love all the details here : the scuplted throne, the ciseled armor and sword, the gorgeous dress with its embroidery and simple style ^^
The facial expressions are really sweet and I like the way you make hair. The color sheme is chosen well too

i had a lot of mods on my origins so i can get the golden blond and morrigan's hair just to get that look... probably I may post the picture of my warden here if i can have the time...(also the reason why my deviant page is still blank, DAMN MY JOB !!!!) again, cheers for the great work !!!
