IT IS FINALLY DONE!! I submitted a WIP pic of this ([link] ) back in November. I'm so happy that i finally sat down and finished it. I'm going to have to thank for her wonderful photoshop torturial...not only did i learn a much easier way to color my lineart, but it made me work on this piece till completion.

Siren is a character of mine that belongs to the Dark Herd. The Dark Herd consists of Black Magic ([link] ), Nightmare ([link] ), Siren (original linart: [link] ), and Demon ([link] ). Siren is the second youngest in the Herd. Her markings and ornaments are inspired by the sea creatures that share her name.

I'll apoligize now for the crappiness of the background. I don't have enough patience to do a detailed background with only photoshop 6 and a mouse. If you have any tips on how i could improve my skills in backgrounds to come i would greatly appreciate it!

PLEASE FULL VIEW!! i'm sorry it's so big, but i thought it would lose it's quality if i reduced the size. Whenever i do a new computer colored piece i'm emensely happy with myself. With everyone i do my skill seems to grow...and i hope it continues. Two final Dark Herd pieces finished, two to go!
