Avaline's Fall

My name is Scotty Darling. Three minutes ago I woke from a nightmare involving my best friend and roommate, Avaline, killing and eating me as she turned into a monster. Ten seconds ago I found her eating raw ground meat out of the refrigerator, her normally brown eyes now a metallic gold.
And she's staring at me with a hungry look in her eyes.
The Styrofoam packaging of the ground beef falls to the ground as Avaline straightens and walks towards me. "Please Scotty, I'm so very hungry" pleads Avaline before smokey sensuality and confidence starts to exude from my friend. The hungry predator from my nightmare now walks towards me.
"Avaline, you're not yourself" I splutter in fear as I stumble and fumble around the perimeter of the kitchen to Becky's potion cabinet.
"Oh I think I am finally feeling like myself" purrs Ava as she slowly makes her way towards me.

I walk into my bathroom nude, sighing as I bend over and turn on the hot water to the shower with one large brown-furred paw. That done, I turn to the mirror over the sink and gaze mournfully at my reflection; that of the large chubby brown bear with blue hair. It's a reflection I've come to get used to over the last month. Because for the last month I've remained in my bear form. Not out of enjoyment. But out of fear.
"Come on Scotty, we both know how you love being in my belly; how you would love to be part of my curves" said Avaline as she pulled me against her. "How the very idea of me digesting you makes you wet. Just let me eat you!"
