I'm using copics and prismacolor markers it's pretty hard to combine everything since they have different color volume but sometimes  they make a great combination . But I wanna really ask is what do you mean by blend? Should I use my blending marker? Because since I start using markers for coloring I dunno how to use the blending pen..

What she meant by "blending" i undertood that she added more layers of the markers she was using before. By that, after using several layers you get deeper shades and the coloring looks even more vibrant. Blending is especially good to do if there is larger shade gabs between different shades. In that case after adding the darkest color you can use several layers of the light shades just to blend the dark color a bit and make the lighter color a bit darker in the places where needed. It's a good way to create smooth coloring also  Hope this helped a bit. The maker of this tutorial might have her own, different ways to do it but i believe the goal is the same anyway.
I don't believe this has nothing to do with actual blender since you can create the same kind of effect in that way too.

yes, that was exactly what I meant by blending^-^ personally I use colorless blender for the fading effect, and not using it to blend, and Different artists use the markers in their own way. Thank you for answering the question c:
