Yay I finally named her <3 this took about ...6 hours, which I think is a little long for something like this but I did experiment a good bit, and damn I think this might be one of the best pieces I've done. I should play more with backgrounds haha because this turned out pretty nice.
Ugh I'm obsessed with all these colors <3 I love a right balance of brightness and dullness, no neons but not all grey, yknow?

also Idk what species she is (does it matter?). Some sort of...dragon thing idk, I don't wanna say dragon but she looks like one so if you wanna call her a dragon I don't give a flying potato flip.

I think a lot of my characters are inspired by genres of music...Kuro is sort of like chill hip hop type beats, indie stuff and whatever, and Jaxien is kind of the same but with a bit more surfer punk influence and angsty semi-angry sounding stuff. Though to be honest when I first drew her I was inspired by adult swim bump music (chill hiphop beats), but when I did this pic I was listening to a lot Wavves, surfer blood, and Odd Future stuff haha.

It's funny I like how music can influence stuff XD When I was doing her body I was listening to good ol' angsty OF, and then when I did the background I was listening to garage surfer music.
