The girl is kinda "Sexy Guardian Angel", because he is ill now in hospital and need some Angel to look after him and help him get well soon She has tattoo on her leg, which is astronomical sign of Scorpio and at the same time it looks like M - logically he is Scorpio and his name is Matej.
Than there is poppy and poppy blossoms, because his surname is Makovicka (nickname Mak) - in Czech it means "little poppy" (poppy).
