that's great, it's like the rocks are floating.
the only thing i don't really like is the composition is too much 50/50 and not 1/3-1/3-1/3 (or at least 1/3-2/3).
i would have shot mor sea and less sky
anyway the colors are awesome

Well, to be honest i took shots like that too, but this was the first one and it had all that i wanted from it . The concept is simply different than classical landscape photography, staying 2D here.

The colours of this shot call to mind a Maxfield Parrish world ground down by the ages, his mythical creatures extinct, his pillared halls eroded almost to nothing, his sentimentality forgotten and only his preternatural light remaining.
