AKB48 is a famous Japanese all girl pop group. As baconwaffles pointed out, gaijin4koma is a stereotypical exaggerated reaction in anime/manga from male "fan boys" when they see their female pop idols singing on stage. The same applies when female fan girls see their idols on stage. Usually shown in comedy. At least that's the gist of it. I'm no expert on Japanese pop culture so it's possible there may be some inaccuracies in my explanation.
