Description
Halmir, a Lupine Alcarin with a Great Horned Owl as his loyal companion, sits in the branches of a large flowering tree surveying his territory. Behind him is a vast canopy of golden stars and all around him the summer's warm breezes stir the tree's leaves and spread the sweet smell of the yellow flowers. He wears leather and gold wristguards inlaid with polished rubies and hanging from his belt are three gold coins representing the cycles of the moon and the three phases of his goddess. Like his Owl, he prefers to hunt at night.

Colored Pencils on 11" x 14" posterboard. The stars were actually done with a gold paint pen.
