alot of people have a popular opinion that this artist traced the base but she might not have she may have just liked the pose and coppied the pose in her style there is no proof she did it and she might be telling the truth and im saying that out of my own opinion im not saying to be on anyone side i just saying my opinion not to gt people into fights

Inspired is a lot different than blatant referencing. Traced or not she copied the pose completely and it upsetted the artist. She is ignoring their pleas to remove the base, and thus if ignoring the original artists wishes.
I've dealt with enough people to know the difference.

Quick thing, while the pose may be similar nobody owns poses.
It isn't traced and a quick overlay of the bases shows that.
The artist of the other base needs to understand they do not own a pose. I've drawn ponies in this exact pose in the past. Was I tracing? No.
It's a common pose to show designs of a pony off as there aren't many that show off the body well.

I would agree, if she didn't previously trace and take down, then add minor changes and re-upload it.

the thing is this is just a redo of their first base which was blatantly traced
so really they probably just used their trace and made some alterations.
k-illers knows they don't own the pose anyway, it's not fair to assume they don't just because some people still think this base is traced.
but after the first trace it would just be best if they redid it completely, pose and all
otherwise no one will really believe they didn't just alter the original trace
