I have a little headcanon on TUFF Puppy along with a proper final season to conclude things involving these two: If you remember that Little Chipmunk Girl that shows up in episodes, that should actually be the True Big Bad of TUFF Puppy who's really some kind of dimensional intellect vampire that drains intelligence from others. Prior to being recruited by Birdbrain, Owl & Bat were actually coherent and competent threats that had the unlucky fortune of encountering that big bad's presence and got completely drained of all their I.Q. leaving them husks of their former selves! And in front of them stood a Little Chipmunk Girl! But they had no idea what even happened! It drained them for power to assume a form inconspicuous enough to stay and keep draining Dudley's dimension of intelligence!
