My take on an obscure Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles antagonist.

Nocturne is a mutagen-exposed Great Horned owl. He isn't affiliated with any major villains but is the leader of a small trio of mutants composing of himself, Nevermore (a North American crow) and Hallocat (a black cat) whose grudge against humans is due to their carelessness creating them as the monsters they are.

He has all the physiological and biological traits a normal owl would have, but enhanced thanks to mutations. His forelimbs have also become more like hands rather than wings, so he is not capable of strong flight (basically the "feather fingers" trope).
