You're right, Morrigan is the heart of Dragon Age. Without her, the game feels empty. 
I like the color palette your used, it goes very well with her. She's ... harsh sometimes, likes to push the wrong buttons, but there is a warmth in her too. A lot of what she says is quiet wise. An interesting character indeed
Love how you did her eyes :3
And yeah, Claudia Black's voice FTW ^^. How epic would it be to have her and Jennifer Hale in the same video game? Hot damn it needs to happen
