Its a day early, because I can't stand to have a finished piece of art sit on my desktop. DRIVES ME INSANE*ahem*
So HAPPY BIRTHDAY ! Huzzah!
ACEOs now seem to be the thing for birthdays now, and I always take the liberty of experimenting with ACEOs. I for one, LOVE how this one came out. It glows in the dark. Well, the pic on top was taken before I put the glow-in-the-dark paint on because I doubt it would have scanned well (haven't tried, maybe I should). The pic of the glow is a little out of focus and blurry but it was the one that glowed the brightest without altering anything in photoshop.
So it's basically done with pencil crayons on a 2.5" x 3.5" piece of black cardstock, with glowing paint overtop. Of her character Kianga Ilove that name<3

This is one of the prettiest things I've ever seen in coloured pencil. <3 It's so smooth, the colours are really pretty and the textures are just to die for. <3
The way you shaded her beak is full of awesome lol. 8D
I love the glow effect too, wow ;.; I wish I had some glow in the dark paint. I'll have to look at my local art store to see if they have any~
