Despite his Diamond like appearance, he is a flesh covered Eevee. It's unknown how he was born looking like a diamond. He's very timid and can be really quiet. Some Pokèmon claim to have "heard crinkling in that diamond Eevee's (Brilliamond) cave". However, there's no proof he is a diaper lover. Diamonds are his favorite Gemstone.
