This is a character from The King Of Fighters 2002 UM.He was a replacement of K9999,which was banned because of some copyright problems.
And he is soooo difficult to draw!!!I didn't expected that!
I changed the design of his pants a little!
I've did a record of doing this one...
you could see how frustrating I was when doing his expression...
