Commission forI'm sorry I have been away for a few days. My computer is pretty much dead. I'm using someone elses right now. It was so hot in my room that my computer pretty much fried. Lol
It may take me awhile to answer messages and notes so stick with me folks.
Anywho, I hope you like this. ^^

Nice coloring... it's good to see people using real media like colored pencil!
I've got a couple of anatomy crits, though, mainly having to do with the joint structure and leg anatomy. The elbows on the front legs are too high: the humerus should be longer. The opposite is the case for the hind legs: the femur should be shorter and the tibia/fibula longer. [link] shows what I mean about the bone proportions.
It would probably help to show a bit more variation in the legs' widths. Right now the front legs look like straight sticks because you didn't really define the joints or the muscles. The legs probably ought to taper a bit before they hit the wrist joint. Also, I think part of what's throwing me is that the angle of her hindquarters doesn't match up with the angle of her forequarters. She starts almost face-on with the viewer but ends twisted sideways. Take a look at [link] for an idea of how a dog's body at a 3/4 front angle should look.
I find that whenever I get stuck on tricky angles like that, pulling out reference helps a lot.

Oh I know what you are talking about and thanks. ^^ I'm just not much of an anatomy person because I don't like basing myself on rules. I feel you lose creativity that way. Though if I keep having to draw stuff like this, the most uncreative stuff in the world, then I'll go crazy. lol And I do use references, it's just that sometimes things go wrong. I just don't care as much you know? ^^

I see where you're coming from with that concern about losing creativity, but it's also important to keep in mind that understanding the rules allows you to break them in believable ways. 
Heh, yeah, commissions can be dreadfully unexciting sometimes. It's funny, but some of my most "energetic" drawings are the sketches I make on my notes and scrap paper. Go figure!
3/4 angles are notoriously tough, yeah. That's one thing learning anatomy will secretly help out with. If you can get a mental image of how the body looks in 3D space, it's easier to draw it. One tip I read (some animator said it, don't remember who) is to draw as if you were sculpting. It forces you to take into account the 3D nature of whatever it is you're working on.
