New base here:3A remake yes,you may follow these rules.
Updating the base rules, well, I think that's a bit.... weird.
The rules are very easy to follow.
1. Give me credit.
Not with MY AVATAR, MUST WITH MY USERNAME(YOU KNOW WHO). IF NOT, I WILL KILL YOU.
2. Not allowed to re-upload my base.
3. If YOU use it on another web(not on DEVIANTART), you should link to this base when you use it anywhere. Also provide a link to where you used it.
4. Frankedolling is allowed.
As long as the others are okay, im fine with thats.
5. Remove the watermark.

6. YCH, Adoptable, Commission allowed. Points or paypal, bitpay/bitcoin or whatever is allowed. Consider donating me some points for paid things.
7. NEVER ASK ABOUT FREE BASES, IT'S STUPID, ONLY BASES WITH "P2U" OR "PTU" ONLY ARE PAID.
8. If this base is a vector trace, I've made sure that the owner has given me permission. Don't just say "oh, man, this guy doesn't have permission from the original creator yet".
8. Take your time. I just want to see good results over 5 minutes to be exact.
