My entry for 's competition!
I really don't think mine will win, looking at the others, but it was fun to make, and it only took me about 5 hours.

I have NO idea what the green liquid is, but I think this nekoi has a swamp kind of feel going on so it's probably just dirty water. He has little kelp strands as braids on his head, rainbow scales on his back legs, and is covered in tiny weeny silver bells, hence the name c:
