The idea for this comics strip dates back to 2007.I just played on the idea that little info is given about Naruto's 2 1/2 year training besides the chapter which showed Naruto's training in how to make his big Rasengan (Oodama Rasengan).
I really don't know who's dumber between the two.
But if two idiots talk, this is what happens.
