The title is pretty self-explanatory. I just had to draw a young Snape, I love him so much as a character! He is definitely amongst the most tragic, ambiguous personalities Rowling has created, and I could not resist the urge to paint a tribute.Related content

I always see Snape with Lily fanart, but I think thereβs more of a statement the way you have him holding a Lily, instead of actually with her. The only thing I find weird is how huge his mouth is, but otherwise itβs pretty spectacular. (:

I think it really shows his position in life. His sadness and despair. It's almost symbolic with him holding onto a lily which will eventually die since it's no longer rooted the ground.
