my PQ team is both P3 and P4 protag, Naoto w/Surt (RAGNAROK), I'm training the others but I may throw in Shinjiro, Koromaru, or Akihiko for the front and ken in the back, not sure yet lol.

I eventually settled on p4 protag, p3 protag, shinjiro then naoto and zen/rei when I finished the game

I got from P4
Yu, Yosuke, Rise, Naoto.
P3
Minato, Mitsuru, Yukari, Akihiko, Shinjiro, Aigis, Fuuka.

Currently training
Ken and koromaru
Chie and Junpei are near
Yukiko has growth 3 and is level 37
kanji and Teddie are the lowest
I have Zen tagging along for helpfulness

I actually used Aigis in the front because swordbreaker was crazy good for cutting damage dealt to the front row.

Eh, I kept Aigis in the back to keep my Healer (Yukiko) and my Glass Cannon (Naoto) alive during crunches. Naoto was a Glass Cannon cause I swapped her HP and SP to spam Mamudoon, Mahamaon, and Megidolaon. P3MC just dodged everything while Chie just plain tanked it all.
