Wow nice effect... what proggie did you use for that, i Use 3ds max but im still jsut learning... that look like one of those balls you get when your young and its hollow and is made of plastic and has all those little tiny holes in it and you can squish it... yeah! awesome shot!

Energy was actually done in a program called Swift 3D - it's actually designed to make 3D Flash animations, but if you make the right mixture of textures you can get some pretty cool effects.
