Erm, there was no concept of death per say.
I know that this sounds supremely lame, but we just found an interesting spot on the street and I told her to lie down when there wasn't traffic. The angle that looked good just happened to make her look dead x3
Though we have done conceptual deaths in the past like this one [link] that was for my biblical literature project in english, the golden un-bitten apples represent the apple of immortality from the story of Hercules (or so I think, it's been about a year since we studied it) and the bitten red one being the apple of knowledge for Adam and Eve.
