Wow~. You always have fabulous drawings, but I really like this. The colors, mood, everything.
I really like the pose, the proportions are nicely done and the figure itself gives an emotional air (can't place the emotion). The expression is feminine and soft. And she looks almost lost in thought.
The gradation is nice and helps settle in an atmosphere. The snow(?) is very soft and brings in a serene look and the branch and flower add a kind of isolated but lovely look.
Even though it's mostly the blue/teal and white, you worked with every color to bring each out and give everything a nice depth. The coloring is smooth but has a nice volume to it, especially in the hair and on the white.
I look forward to seeing more images like this~!
