I just had to draw fan art of this char cause I like Pallu a lot. And I'm sure many of you know the artist who made this cool character. I asked about year ago can I draw Pallu and I didn't... But now I did cause I was bored. And I think cotton candy fits with him well.Pallu belongs to (c) *klar

Oh no. I suck with those. I colored this with Paint tool SAI and used one water tool. And then texture what makes it look more cooler
