The anatomy has been drawn well. I like how the blurriness captures time, movement and the speed she is flying at. The glittery golden glows look stunning against the dark charcoal tones, and adds depth and visual appeal to the character. The details gone into this are quite spectacular, particularly the neck area, where highlights are used to accentuate the scales.
Fantastic work.

Wings of the dragon can not bend so much when dropped. It breaks their function. They have to keep the wind, and do not give him a prisoner. Otherwise, the dragon will fall and die.

Since their isn't a physical real dragon in reality to accurately know that, this is my interpretation and I've drawn it to the immediate reference that I do have, birds.

Use photos of bats. Wing membrane in the air behaves differently than the wing with feathers.

>>> at 10 seconds, 17 seconds, and 26 seconds in the video you can see something similar to what I drew on an actual bat.
Look. I don't want to refute functionality over my own image, I drew it the way i did because it is my image. It is my interpretation, rather you think it is accurate or not is not my concern. I did my research so it is accurate to the best of my own knowledge. So please, though I accepts critique and criticism, please leave me alone on this matter.

I love how you captured the wing motion in your drawing. Most can't make a dragon look like its actually flying. The wing angle is uncommon and very well done.

Thank you. I've been trying to draw poses different to a typical pose ( if that makes sense) because every time I've drawn a pose for dragons before, I felt like I had seen that pose at least a dozen times before.

Its not hovering in place but merely building up momentum to fly up. That was what the original character owner requested so I added the motion blur to represent speed. But thank you about the anatomy, I've been trying to push myself and this is one of the pieces from that.
