What I like about this image is the lighting, broad and very soft. Though the model has that CG look, the furniture and floor look exceedingly realistic.. A combination of the lighting and subtle DOF effect? Very nice render.

Thank you I used a V4 character texture called Baylee. It's very pretty but better suited for artistic renders than realism. Too "perfect doll" to look like a "real gal"
