Poses, light, materials, creatures, scenery, settings ... everything.
I just changed the position of the camera.

This is an advantage of setting up scenes in the manner I often do. I can make multiple images by simply moving the camera to a different position without the need to alter the scene. Whether that results in interesting images from an artistic point of view is another matter, but at any rate it is fun to be able to do that.
