I saw a picture of the Crypt Hydra. Wouldn't it be great if they did a MH game based on real-world locations such as Egypt?
If they DID release the Hydra, I'd bet it would be for Frontier, wouldn't you agree?

man this armor and monster would have been very intresting. I saw the sketch and stuff on the MH Illastraion book, but I heard some of the monster and Armor they sketched in the pass are ganna be in MH3. or the frontier searis *shrugs* but only rumors so who knows?

Yo, turns out it's not in the new frontier... those four eyes belong to the scorpion-like monster shown in the trailer... kinda' a let-down, but the scorpion thing still looks awesome!

I loved the design of this monster so much when I saw it in my MH2 concept art book (I bought it in 2006).
I was thinking about making a 3D model of it. Can you check this orthographic view and tell me if you like it? [link]

whatever you post is of course going to get alot of favs..im so happy that someone else likes crypt hydra...most other fans say its unnatural for a animal in monster hunter to have to heads... im guessing they dont know something called mutation XD...
but yaa you should post your orthographic view on your art page , that way you can just read peoples comments and get a better judgement because to me in my eyes..any fan art of the crypt hydra is worth viewing and faving...

Awesome! But sadly I don't think they will put the Crypt Hydra in any future games. Becuase I noticed since the first games that the monsters all seem biologically possible. We can dream though..... What I would give to fight the "Equal Dragon Weapon".

I wish lol. Becuase that Equal Dragon Weapon looks both HUGE and powerful. Imagine the equipment from monsters leading up to him required to take him down. Becuase the guy in most of the concept art for unused monsters has like the dual bladed sword/staff thing.
