[I'm trying to keep this a bit spoiler-free, I guess? Sounds cryptic though.]
Since I've seen the True Ending of Undertale, I thought the statue in Waterfall kinda reminds of the Secret Third Goat.
I mean, the statue is placed at the only part in the Underground with actual sunlight that is accessible for everyone.
It could be a memorial for the monsters that died in the war, but it could also be one for the Goat (since he had been to the surface).
And the song plays later on when the Secret Third Goat appears.
So - what if Flowey thinks the same?
He can't let the opportunity slide to not mock the Secret Third Goat.
But Frisk to the rescue!
I'm very pleased with this Frisk version. Not my usual drawing style, but so adoooorable I couldn't refuse.
