This is a really beautiful picture. The colors and the lighting are gorgeous, and I love how clear the image is as a whole! It's spotty in the back but perfectly detailed everywhere it needs to be. Perhaps it blurs a tiny bit again in the bottom right corner, but it's very minor and hardly important. This has a very happy feel to it also. The water seems to have a very saturated effect that gives the whole piece a rather unique look. I would add capitalization and punctuation to your title, other than that I can't think of anything to change!

This piece is simply great -- the expression on the dog's face is absolutely adorable in an elegant way! He doesn't look excited or paniced by being in the water; he's completely calm and placid and enjoying himself contently it seems. The golden, redish, brown of his eyes is a lovley detail that I'm sure the doggy just possesses naturally. Now for the water! The shades of blue and white are memorizing -- the sunlight sparking from behind and at a diagonal is ever so pretty , I like how this almost creates a semi-bokeh effect in the back of the photo but the front is crystal clear.
