a sneak peak at my next drawing, my reconstruction of a smilodon (sabor toothed tiger)i used several differnt cat photos for this one, lioness, tiger, snow leopard, jaguar, cougar....tho trust me, was originally a lioness, and i couldnt decide whether it looked like a cougar more than a lioness then from just watching ice age 3 a few days back it hit me to do a smilodon lol i dont know why they are brown, would make more sense if they were white or grey being in the snow all the time

im giving him a bit of character, insted of the plain stare, he has a turned up lip showing his big pearly teeth, still got his body to go but his face is done entirely

the eye color i love to death. very nice choice.

thats cos i tried to scan it, one half always blurs cos it has a half a centimeter distance from the scanning surface and the light mixes with the light outside making it like that for some reason if that makes sense, tho the final product will be a photorapth
