I feel like he doesn't get quite enough loft in his stride, but your finished product is very clean and professional. I also like the added blur to his arm.

well I actually didn't want the "loft"ness for this, I wanted something much more crisp and direct.
cleaning's easy, no big deal.
as for the arm, its not called a blurr, its called a smear.

Her arm movement is great but I worry about the stiffness in her legs and everywhere else. Although seeing the last panel where it stops and her hands are both splayed open makes me laugh.
