In the slit of time between day and night, when the stars had slept and the sun had not yet woken, a great bird roamed the cloudless skies, bringing the sleeping world a dawning White Christmas.

yeah...another close slide into the Christmas contest of ~Sasori-fanclub right before the deadline...XDXD

...what's happening in that picture is probably one of my inner wishes.... It never snows here in Taiwan... but snow is a major part of my childhood memories before I moved here.

the stuff Sasori and Deidara are sprinkling is called 紙吹雪 (ji tsu-a shue), the literal translation is ' paper blow snow '. It's actually paper cut into small square pieces to stimulate the effect of snow in thearters.

Gosh! Deidara's bird is so hard to draw...gotta make it look 2D and 3D at the same time...orz
